Sites and Rates

All of our sites here at Mesa Verde RV Resort® have wonderful views of Mesa Verde (“green table” in Spanish), complimentary wi-fi, digital TV by antenna, and heavy duty picnic tables. RV sites are all wide enough to accommodate multiple slides. In addition to our RV sites we offer a tenting area with electric service and a dish washing station.

Cancellations are subject to a minimum cancellation fee equal to $10. In addition, Cancellations made within 3 – 14 days of scheduled check-in, are subject to a penalty equal to one(1) days reservation fees. Cancellations made within 2 days of scheduled check-in are subject to a penalty equal to 100% of the reservation fee. Please contact the property for Cancellations or to make any Changes to your Reservation.

The Park Model Cabin is only available as a monthly rental.

Hook-ups: All of our premium sites and most of our standard full hook-up (electric, water and sewer) and water and electric sites have 20/30/50 amp electric service. We do not offer dry camping RV sites.

Pricing: All prices quoted below are for a maximum of two people. There is an additional charge of $4.00 per person per night for persons five (5) and over in all of out sites and cabins. In addition, there is 5.2% tax.

Tax and extra-person charges are not reflected in the prices below.

Pets: With the exception of our cabins and other resort buildings, pool and spa areas, well-behaved pets and owners are welcome. Dogs must be on leashes and owners must pick up after them. There is no extra charge for pets.
