Sites and Rates

All of our sites here at Mesa Verde RV Resort® have wonderful views of Mesa Verde (“green table” in Spanish), complimentary wi-fi, digital TV by antenna, and heavy duty picnic tables. RV sites are all wide enough to accommodate multiple slides. In addition to our RV sites we offer a tenting area with electric service and a dish washing station.

If you do not call and cancel your reservation within 24 hours and you do not show up, we will charge for that first night.

The Park Model Cabin is only available as a monthly rental.

Hook-ups: All of our premium sites and most of our standard full hook-up (electric, water and sewer) and water and electric sites have 20/30/50 amp electric service. We do not offer dry camping RV sites.

Pricing: All prices quoted below are for a maximum of two people. There is an additional charge of $3.50 per person per night for persons five (5) and over in all of out sites and cabins. In addition, there is 5.2% tax.

Tax and extra-person charges are not reflected in the prices below.

Pets: With the exception of our cabins and other resort buildings, pool and spa areas, well-behaved pets and owners are welcome. Dogs must be on leashes and owners must pick up after them. There is no extra charge for pets.

Discounts: We offer a 10% discount for Good Sam memberships. Please present a valid membership card. Only one discount per customer. Discounts are not reflected in the prices below.
