Sites and Rates

All of our sites here at Mesa Verde RV Resort® have wonderful views of Mesa Verde (“green table” in Spanish), complimentary wi-fi and heavy duty picnic tables. Most sites can pick up multiple over-the-air channels with an antenna. RV sites are all wide enough to accommodate multiple slides. In addition to our RV sites we offer a tenting area with electric service.

Check-in time is 1:00pm for sites and 4:00pm for both cabins.

Check-out time is 11:00am

If checking in early, fees will apply.

Cancellations are subject to a minimum cancellation fee equal to $10. In addition, cancellations made within 3 – 14 days of scheduled check-in, are subject to a penalty equal to one(1) days reservation fees. Cancellations made within 2 days of scheduled check-in are subject to a penalty equal to 100% of the reservation fee. Please contact the property for cancellations or to make any changes to your reservation.

Changes can be made to a reservation up to 24 hours prior to arrival.

Hook-ups: All of our premium sites and most of our standard full hook-up (electric, water and sewer) and water and electric sites have 20/30/50 amp electric service. We do not offer dry camping RV sites.

EV Charging and Car Camping is NOT permitted!

Pricing: All prices quoted below are for a maximum of two people. There is an additional charge of $4.00 per person per night for persons five (5) and over in all of our sites and cabins. In addition, there is 5.2% tax. Please call the office to reserve. (970)533-7421 

Tax and extra-person charges are not reflected in the prices below.

Pets: With the exception of our cabins and other resort buildings, pool and spa areas, well-behaved pets and owners are welcome. Dogs must be on leashes and owners must pick up after them. There is no extra charge for pets.

Pets are not allowed in any cabins on site.
