Mesa Verde RV Resort – Park Rules & General Information
Everyone has to have them. It is our hope to provide you with a pleasant stay. For everyone’s comfort and safety, the following policies have been established.
Important Policies
- Check-Out Time: 11 AM. If you would like to extend your stay please re-register by 10 AM (sooner is better). Extending your stay depends upon availability.
- Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 7 AM.
- Office Hours: (Summer) 8 AM to 5 PM. (Fall & Winter) Varies.
- Laundry: Open 24 Hours.
- Frowns: Not allowed. If you feel compelled to have one, leave it at the dump station and pick it up when you leave.
- RV Washing: Permitted only with a wash permit which can be purchased at the office.
- Smoking: Not permitted in ANY Mesa Verde RV Resort buildings.
- Site Rental: Paid in advance. Rates apply to 1 or 2 people. There is an extra charge for additional people. Visitors are allowed as a courtesy, but they must register with the office. All visitors must leave the grounds by 10 PM.
- WiFi: Please DO NOT depend on our WiFi for your business or office needs. Our WiFi will not support streaming devices.
- Your Site: Assigned at check-in. Cannot be changed without permission from the front office. You are responsible for its cleanliness. No changing of oils or major repairs. Clotheslines and hammocks are not permitted.
- Sewer Connections: A secure sewer boot is required. No exceptions.
- Cancellation Policy: Changes can be made up to 24 hours before arrival. No refunds for early departures.
- Children: Parents are responsible for their children at all times. All children must be in your site by 9:30 PM.
- Pets: Pets are welcome if leashed and accompanied by an owner. Do not leave pets unattended. Use the designated dog walking area and pick up after them (additional charges apply). Pets not allowed in bathroom/spa or pool area. Keep pets quiet — barking will not be tolerated.
Pool / Hot Tub (Seasonal)
- Pool: 9 AM – 9 PM
- Hot Tub: 7 AM – 11 PM
- No lifeguard on duty. No glass containers. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Prohibited / Rules
- Loud, excessive, or offensive noise will not be tolerated. Keep radios, stereos, TVs, etc. at a low volume. Generators are not permitted.
- Do NOT walk through occupied sites — use the road.
- Garbage must be bagged and placed in the dumpster near the restrooms.
- NO WOOD CAMPFIRES (propane fireplaces only). Please use the communal fire pit area.
- Any person who defaces, injures, or destroys resort property (or whose children, pets, or guests do so) will be held liable for the full cost of damages.

For everyone’s comfort and safety, please observe the rules and show consideration for your camping neighbors. They are on vacation too.
